BRIDAL BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
It is the bride’s responsibility to agree and accept the terms and conditions outlined below. By proceeding to book with a booking fee, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions, are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by them.
All correspondence is confidential and all contract and communications are solely with the bride and will not be share with any third party, even if they are paying or assisting on your behalf.
COMMUNICATION
I will be here to guide you from the moment you book through to your wedding day, including the trial.
To make sure everything goes smoothly and to avoid confusion, please take the time to read all the information on my website, including the FAQ’s, Prices, luxury packages and details in this document.
For the best communication, I recommend using email. It keeps everything in one place, while WhatsApp and Instagram are great for sharing photos. However, important messages can sometimes get lost or overlooked on those platforms. Please note that during busy periods, it might take a couple of days for me to respond to emails.
My main focus is on my clients, as well as traveling and preparing my kit, which means I might not always be able to answer phone calls or reply to messages while I’m working. However, I do check my emails regularly when possible. If you think I may have missed an email, just let me know! For urgent matters or quick replies, you can text or WhatsApp me, and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
BOOKING FEE
A non refundable booking fee will be taken at the time of the booking, which will then be taken off the final amount. No booking is secured until the payment has been made. The booking fee is required within 7 days after sending the payment details and information. Otherwise the date will be made available to others. Booking fee is not adjustable once the booking is confirmed.
MINIMUM BOOKING
For all wedding bookings, there is a minimum of three people required specially on Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
I can travel just for the bride but this depends on the location. There is no minimum booking requirement for weekday weddings.
TRIALS
We will discuss the trial dates if needed. Bridal trials are scheduled for one hour and thirty minutes for one bridal look. If you want to try additional looks or need another trial, this will be charged at the same trial rate.
Trials are carried out at my working place, which is the perfect environment for your wedding trial. If it’s difficult for you or your bridal party to come to the salon, feel free to reach out to me to discuss other options.
Trials are available Monday to Friday during school hours. Saturday appointments are only offered in the winter months (November -

If you choose not to have a trial, I cannot be held responsible if the style or look doesn’t work as expected on the wedding day, or if there are differences in style, approach, or expectations. Please note that a refund will not be offered on the wedding day in such cases.
TRAVEL
10 miles of travel per appointment at no extra charge. For distances exceeding 10 miles, a fee of 50p per mile applies.
Congestion Charges: If your venue is within a congestion charge zone, the applicable fees will be your responsibility.
Parking: Any parking expenses incurred will be added to your final balance.
Accommodation: If the travel time from Masuma’s home address to your venue exceeds 1 hour and 30 minutes, She may request that accommodation be booked for her the night before the wedding to ensure timely arrival.
PAYMENTS
A non refundable total payment for the wedding is require three week before. All payments must be made by bank transfer. Details will be given for this when required.
All payments for additional guests should likewise be paid by the time frame mentioned before.
I, Masuma holds the right to refuse/cancel the booking if payments are not cleared by the given payment method within the given period.
CANCELLATIONS & POSTPONEMENTS
In case of illness, injury or personal emergency, I will endeavour to find a replacement makeup artist. Full trial notes and any relevant pictures will be given to the replacement makeup artist to recreate the look from the trial ( if applicable). In the unlikely event that a replacement can not be found a full refund of balance paid will be given including the booking fee but excludes any trial payments for services already carried out.
If the Met office issues a ‘Red’ weather warning, I reserve the right to cancel your booking for safety reasons. In such a case, the full balance will be refunded, excluding booking fee and any trial costs.
If I am unavailable on your new date I am more than happy to help you find a replacement makeup artist. Booking fees in this situation are unfortunately non refundable and also applies to any work already carried out, for example your trial cost.
The customer must give around four week of prior notice in case of cancellation. If not the entire balance will be charged by the agreed time frame above. To note booking fees are non refundable. This is also applicable to any guests that choose to drop their makeup services inside the original booking.
If a bridal trial is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a £20 surcharge will apply.
However, in exceptional situations, the fee may waived at Masuma’s discretion.
HEALTH & SAFETY
For the safety of everyone involved, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone experiencing health issues that could pose a risk, such as contagious illnesses, fever, or flu-
Certain conditions may prevent or limit makeup application, including eye infections, cold sores, open wounds, fungal infections, cystic acne, severe sunburn, burns from facial waxing, eczema, and other skin conditions.
It is the clients responsibility to inform me of any illnesses, allergies (past or present), pregnancies, or medical conditions within the bridal party that may affect the makeup process or cause discomfort.
I take great care in selecting products to minimise the risk of reactions. Before application, i will discuss your skin type as well as any past sensitivities. While i do my best to work with suitable products, i cannot guarantee that reactions won’t occur. Therefore, i cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, damages, or other issues that may arise during or after trial and on the wedding day.
I follow strict hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that all tools, brushes, and products are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each client. Please allow time for this process during your appointment.
ON THE DAY
Any changes of the makeup style on a wedding day, I prefer to know at least two week before. This will allow me to ensure that I will be able to maintain the time frame given and highest standards.

LOCATION ON THE MORNING
To ensure a smooth arrival and avoid any delays, please provide clear and accurate details of your location. As I am often the first to arrive, it’s important that everything is ready at the agreed time. Please keep your phone switched on and be reachable in case I need to contact you.
If your location is in a rural area or difficult to find, sending photos of nearby landmarks would be very helpful. If your house number isn’t easily visible, consider marking the entrance with balloons or another clear sign to assist suppliers in locating you easily.

USE OF IMAGES & SOCIAL MEDIA
I may also take your photos at your trials and wedding day, please state that if you would not like any photos taken as they will be used for social media and portfolio.
As for social media, please credit me where required. I always welcome a list of your suppliers to make sure everyone is credited on my Instagram.
By paying the booking fee, the client agrees that they have read and understand all the terms and conditions stated above.
